How do I know if my vehicle is available?
You need to reserve the vehicle you want – you fill in the form on the website – we will prepare a non-binding price offer. During the summer season, vehicles are booked several months in advance. Only we can check availability at the reservation center. If it is not available, we will offer you a replacement vehicle. The decision whether to take a replacement alternative will be up to you.
How is rent paid?
You pay for the rental when you pick up the vehicle by card or in cash. If you wish to pay the rent by transfer, it must be done in advance so that the funds are credited to our account a day in advance and we can check the payment.
Is it necessary to pay a deposit/refundable deposit for the vehicle?
For each vehicle, the amount of the deposit is determined, which must be paid at the beginning of the rental in two ways by card – the first method is pre-authorization on the card, where the funds will be blocked during the rental period (valid for a rental period of up to 10 days). When renting for more than the stated period, it is necessary to make a deposit by payment from your payment card. After returning the vehicle without new damage, the deposit will be released in full.
Is the price final?
Our company is a VAT payer. All prices on the website are shown without VAT. For the price session, you may be charged fees for non-working time or arrival, but all fees will be listed in the price offer.
How does the handover of the vehicle take place?
After binding confirmation by both parties, we will meet with the client at the agreed place, we will inspect the vehicle together, we will write a contract where we will state any damages. After paying the agreed amount for the rental and deposit, the client can leave with the vehicle.
How long does it take for the deposit to be released?
If you return the vehicle in good order, we will immediately release the deposit blocked on your card. The release of funds depends on the issuer of your card or your bank. It usually takes 1-3 days.
Will I receive the vehicle I order?
We will specify the availability of your chosen vehicle during the price offer. After payment of the advance payment, the vehicle is bindingly reserved for you. There may be a situation where the client damages the vehicle in front of you, in which case you will be offered another vehicle (usually from the same or higher class) – for the same price as the originally confirmed order.
Where can you travel with the vehicle?
You can travel without restrictions to the countries of the European Union, with the exception of Bulgaria and Romania. It is forbidden to travel with our vehicles to Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Serbia, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Macedonia and Turkey. At the same time, we would like to inform you that the highway stamp is only purchased on the territory of Slovakia. All other stamps must be purchased.
Can I return the vehicle at any time?
You will return the vehicle at a pre-arranged date and time. If you need to change the specified time, this is possible after agreement with us. If you would like to return the vehicle late in the evening or during non-working hours (weekend + public holiday), you will be charged a fee for non-working hours.
What should I do in case of an insurance claim?
In the event of an insurance claim, it is necessary to contact us on the helpline and the police. Proceed according to the Lease Agreement – points 1 / 4.
I need to extend the vehicle lease, do I need to make a new order?
Extension is possible after approval by the reservation department and payment of the extension of rental days. There is no need to issue a new contract. The tenant is obliged to notify the landlord of the plan to extend the lease no later than 24 hours in advance.
