Deposit for the vehicle
The deposit for the vehicle is realized by blocking funds on the client’s card. Cash is not allowed. When making a deposit, the cardholder must be present with his own card, or for corporate cards, an authorized representative. Companies can make a deposit by bank transfer.

Important notices
We will hand over the vehicle to you clean with a full tank.
The vehicle must also be returned with a full tank and clean.
The minimum rental is 2 days.
Waiting time is charged at €10/hour. without VAT. Waiting up to 1 hour is accepted. If you arrive by flight, you can claim all fees that arise through no fault of yours from the airline.
Limitation
When renting a vehicle, it is the responsibility of the lessee to inform the lessor of the destination and all the countries he will visit.
It is not possible to travel outside the EU countries. Prohibited countries: Romania, Albania, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkey, Bulgaria, Kosovo, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Macedonia and destinations where transit through a prohibited country is possible.

- presentation of OP’s personal documents (passport) + VP – condition for rental is a minimum age of 21 years, the driver must hold a driver’s license min. 1 year
- caravan – age 30 years, driver’s license for at least 2 years
- deposit in the form of a payment card / pre-authorization or payment – during the vehicle rental period
- Companies
- submission of an extract from OR / trade + submission of personal documents OP, VP
- for employees – authorization from the company manager if the person taking over the vehicle does not appear in the statement as the company manager
- advance in the form of a payment card – company card, or payment to the Lunycar account in advance
